Our architectural design review service is for clients who want a second set of eyes. We assess proportion, circulation, compliance, and overall buildability if required. It’s not about redesigning — it’s about refining what’s already there, or identifying where it might fall short.
Through our architectural advisory services, we also support consultants, engineers, and business owners who need architectural input on planning issues, site constraints, or council expectations. Sometimes a quick review saves months of rework. That’s where we come in.

No. We don’t redraw your plans — we review what’s been done, highlight strengths, and point out areas for improvement.
Can you tell me if the plans will pass council checks?
Yes, we can flag common issues. We’ve worked with councils like DBKL, MBPJ, and others across the Klang Valley — so we have a strong sense of what they typically reject.
Do you work with consultants, or just end clients?
Both. We often advise consultants, such as project management consultants (PMC), engineers or ID teams, who need architectural input on commercial fitout and architectural technical due diligence projects.
