Who Are We

Architectural Consultants Rooted in Purpose and Precision

We are architectural consultants with a quiet but deliberate approach. This practice began with a simple goal — to ensure spaces created are safe, complied, well-considered and practical. For us, design isn’t decoration. It’s structure, rhythm, and intent.

Our work ranges from commercial to industrial interiors, and occasionally, adaptive reuse. We take on projects that require clarity — in thinking, in execution, and in how spaces live over time. As an architecture studio, we focus less on spectacle and more on systems that work.

Led by a team that includes a chartered architect, we place equal weight on process and design. From early studies and reviews to authority submissions, we handle every phase with the same level of attention — guided by context, shaped by experience.

Frequently Asked
Questions

Do I need building plan approval for commercial renovations?
Yes. Any changes that impact the structure, layout, or usage will typically require submission to the local council. We’ll guide you through the compliance process from start to finish.
How long does the authority submission process take for commercial projects?
It depends on the complexity of the project and the local council involved. For straightforward commercial units, 4 to 8 weeks is typical — provided all documents are in order.
Do you handle submissions for DBKL, MBPJ, or other councils?
Yes. We regularly submit plans to DBKL, MBPJ, MPAJ, and other local authorities throughout the Klang Valley. Each has its own set of requirements, and we’re familiar with their procedures.
What’s the difference between a designer and a registered architect?
A registered architect is legally authorised to submit building plans for approval. Designers may help develop ideas but are not licensed to handle formal submissions.
